I’m thrilled to announce my recent collaboration with Michigan ceramics artist Helen Hierta on her Nature, Energy, & Reflection art installation at Dow Gardens. Each of her 8 totem sculptures is paired with an audio meditation composed and narrated by myself, each one expanding on the sculptures’ various themes of interconnectedness, mindfulness, and breathwork.
I’m so grateful to have been part of such a rich and meaningful project like this!
