Forrest Yoga (named for its creator Ana Forrest) is a strong yet slower-paced practice, which gives you time in each posture to dive deeper into feeling the nuance and subtleties of your inner experience. This modern style of practice is a unique and powerful way to connect with your inner peace and get to know yourself in mind, body, and spirit.
Throughout the fun and empowering experience of Forrest Yoga, you can expect to be challenged both physically and mentally, improve your strength and flexibility, connect to your core with abdominal exercises, take radically deep breaths, and most importantly to FEEL as you create more space in your body and your mind. Some yoga experience is helpful for this spicy class, but options are given for all bodies and abilities so you can tailor your practice for your needs. The room will be heated to 80-85°, so be sure to bring water and be prepared to sweat!

Yoga Remix is not your traditional yoga class; it's an unique blend of Forrest Yoga and Yoga Tune Up® methodology: some postures and movements will feel familiar, but you'll also move in lots of out-of-the-box ways too - making this a fun and embodied exploratory experience!
Expect an emphasis on strength and functional mobility, spicy challenge options, breath awareness, and deep dives into feeling your internal experience both physically and mentally. The pace of the class will vary; you’ll hold some poses for an extended time, while at other times you’ll move more dynamically by linking breath with movement. You'll also get to play with lots of yoga toys in novel ways, and class usually includes a bit of rolling with therapy balls for self-myofascial massage. Options are always given for all bodies and abilities, and beginners are welcome. This yoga class is the perfect way to re-calibrate both your mind and body, and have a little fun on your mat.

This yoga class is a practice of whole core care - learning deep breathing with optimal pressure regulation, increasing abdominal strength, unraveling excess core tension and unconscious gripping, addressing pelvic floor health, and more. Having better core awareness and connection can prepare your body to feel POWERFUL in everything you do! This uniquely blended yoga practice is for any body, but can be particularly helpful for: hip or back pain, building/rebuilding core strength, or pelvic floor dysfunction (please always discuss yoga with your doctor first!)
You can expect plenty of breath-integrated Forrest Yoga abdominals and Yoga Tune Up® core exercises, but don't worry, this ain't just an hour of crunches!
This is a holistic whole-core approach, so you'll certainly work on strength but also stretching and self-myofascial massage (using the YTU Coregeous® ball and other therapy balls) to restore balance in these regions, which can have a positive ripple effect through your whole body and nervous system. You'll leave this class with your core feeling both strong and supple, and your mind, body, and spirit feeling centered!

MyoYin Yoga is 75 minutes of deep passive stretching in yin yoga stillness combined with soothing self-myofascial massage with therapy balls ('myo' is from 'myofascia': myo = muscle, fascia = connective tissue), ending with a sound bath savasana.
This class can help you to:
Expect to learn techniques for self-myofascial release using Yoga Tune Up therapy balls both independent from and in combination with yin postures (poses held passively with little to no effort or movement for between 1-5 minutes each). Options are always given for all bodies and abilities, and beginners are welcome.
The room will be warm and dimly lit; dress for comfort. You're welcome to bring your own therapy balls and yoga props, but some will also be available to borrow or purchase.

The deeply rejuvenating and meditative practice of Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation of yogic 'sleep' that will quiet your mind and relax your body, right down to your innermost center. This practice does not include movement; you will lie down on the floor with support from blankets, bolsters, and whatever you need to feel cozy and comfortable while you follow with your awareness as you are led toward a place of profound relaxation and inner peace - you'll awake from this practice feeling fully refreshed and renewed.
Expect to be guided verbally to set an intention (sankalpa) then led through a combination of progressive relaxation, breath awareness, body scan, and/or imaginative visualization journeys.
No meditation experience is necessary! Room will be warm and dimly lit; dress for comfort.
