I'm so excited to be leading this special class series once again starting Friday May 1st! These teachings have origins from both my Forrest Yoga and Yoga Tune Up backgrounds as well as many other additional courses and self-study. While this targeted class format has been evolving since 2023, in the last six months it's really crystallized into something special with the 8-week curriculum - if I do say so myself 😉
