Enjoy outdoor yoga classes at Dahlia Hill throughout the summer; runs from about May/June thru September (as long as the weather allows).
The practice will vary in style from week to week, but will always be be a slower-paced embodied exploration of mindful movement - sometimes with playful challenges, sometimes very relaxed, and often with soothing self-massage using therapy balls included. No experience is necessary.
